I need to learn the coding for posting youtube links.  How do I do that?

Get the embed code from You Tube and enter the URL in quotes up to but NOT including the ampersand.  Then enter it into the flash brackets and change the height and width parameters to match up with your embedded video.  Voila!  You have done it.
