Seems to be planned to be built in some numbers.

But Ghia is not involved.

There´s no italian connection, too as far as I´ve understood the website where I´ve found it.

He had already mentioned this had Audi wheels.

This is based on an Audi S2 chassis and has the S2 engine.

The information I've found identifies this vehicle as an Avtokad Laura IV produced in Russia since 2006. The company is also sometimes known as Kombat or Combat. Not sure if this is what you've got, Russian names often get warped in translation.
