It's a Keller, related to but not exactly the same as a Bobbi-Kar circa 1946-1948

Well done: I had thought of Kellers, found several pics, none matching, and had ruled it out. One question left: what was the clue?

Hmmm,

I´ve just read the text below the pic I´ve posted and there is some mystherious rubber suspension as well as the option to mount the engine in the front of the car as well as in its back.. (!)

This was truely a gift for me, I recognized it regardless of the clue.  But how many cars out there have optional engine placement?  :)
