Something tells me it's powered by Pontiac. But beyond that, I keep getting a "404 not found" error.

IIRC, the dark blue color is the color Scarabs were painted, so I'll guess that's what it is...

Arizona-based Frank Townsend fielded Pontiac powered Specials from the late 1950s through 1970.
