There's no photoshopping on this photo, as far as I'm aware. And no Humber connection either, I believe.

Don't know why but it looks Russian to me. Anywhere near there?

Isn't this a war-time Italian prototype ?

It's not Russian.

War-time Italian is much closer to the mark

1941 Stigler Elettrica by Carrozzeria Touring of Milan?

"Auto elettrica eseguita in collaborazione con la Stigler.
Anno: 1941."

My Italian is not very good, here's the yahoo translation: "Car electrical worker executed in collaboration with the Stigler. Year: 1941."

1941 Stigler Elettrica by Carrozzeria Touring of Milan?

Yes that's correct. I confess I don't know much about this car - as far as I'm aware, Stigler produced electric vehicles in the early 1920s, but wartime may have brought the company's products back into the light (despite those black-out headlamps!)

To add a little tile to the puzzle, Stigler only made the electric motor. The chassis come from a stock Fiat 1100 A.
