Thought it was the Dodge Deora (had the Hot Wheels version once upon a time) but upon searching images for the Deora I stumbled across its true identity. This is the 1973 Ford Explorer SUV Concept...

Before I posted, I did a test search. I put in "ford deora", and it was the first image found.

Until I found this picture yesterday, I didn't know that Ford made a more conventional/useful version of the Deora.
