Title: SOLVED - Whaddyacallit #51 - Portable Products' Roadable Plane

This one is a bit special.

The picture is of very poor quality. So I will add another in a few days, and a third one later.
3 points if you identify the car with just this one, 2 if you need two, 1 if yo need 3.
