Does this car look familiar?
Fiat 600 Multipla Eden Roc from 1956, designed by Pinin Farina. The car was later that year purchased by Henry Ford II.
My source has a different name for this car; but the year, model it was based on and coachbuilder are all correct, so I think we're probably talking about the same vehicle. I can't seem to find an image ID'ing it as an[or the] Eden Roc...do you have one? I'm not trying to be a stickler...I'm just a little confused.

In the book Pininfarina, Architect of Cars, written by Michael Frostick (published by Dalton Watson Ltd in 1978), it is called Eden Rock.
In the book Pininfarina, Prestige and Tradition 1930-1980, written by Didier Merlin (published by EDITA S.A in 1980), it is called Eden Roc.

Well, it appears that you're both right! So, each of you gets a point. Apparently, this car had two different names during its' lifetime. The website SeaLion posted a link to alluded to the idea that there might have been 2 cars...saying that Henry Ford,"..."ordered one...". Maybe there were, and each had a different name. Just one of those tantalizing tidbits that make autopuzzling so interesting...well done, guys.

Recent pics showing the car with a white front. I prefer the old one.
