Jomoro-Lystonia by Jochen Rindt, Jim Morgan and Rod Manester 1970's?

I locked the puzzle for you Oguerrerob.  I have Lystonia, that's ok but I need the model name and the year.  70's is good but be more specific please

Lystonia 73C 1973 owned by Alberto Capezzuoli from Rome, Italy.

As far as I know, JoMorRo and Lystonia were different companies, although there were connections between them.
1) JoMoRo has been founded by three members of Alan Mann Racing, Jim Rose, Jim Morgan and Rod Manester in 1970. The JoMoRo-factory was situated in Alton, Hampshire. 55 perfectly designed and engineered cars, sized 2 thirds the scale of a period F1, were built. A fire destroyed the Alton-factory and all the moulds for building the cars
2) Lystonia: After the Alton-factory-fire Rod Manester and Jim Morgan set up a new company called Lystonia in Angmering, West Sussex, to build bigger cars -for +10 children- nearly the size of contemporary Formula Ford racers. Only 14 cars were built

According to their webpage, you're right. But to make the thread, the cars photos that I've found are tagged as a JoMoRo-Lystonia. So they are just Lystonia

You mentioned Jochen Rindt involved in any of the two different companies. I've never heard about before. Jochen Rindt sadly came to death on 5th September 1970 in an fatal accident during Monza-GP-practice session..
