It’s possible. I don’t know if the car was made before or After the RCZ, so there could be.

The 'nope' answer to this question was rather misleading as Luka Design did indeed once have a studio in Paris. I know this, as I visited it some years ago to go and see Lucas Bignon about potentially offering his Smart-based Turtle as a kit car, which he had previously exhibited at a UK kit car show.

The original “nope” was directed torwards oko’s comment on wether it was from Sacha Lakic, I didn’t notice gte’s comment since Ogguerob had already solved it, and i just responded straight for that one. I’m pretty sure it says on his website that he was located in Paris at one point or another. My apologies!
