Sorry folks.  I'm told this photo is a fake computer generated image of what someone thought a prewar Horch Streamlined Coupe should have looked like.  Here's the picture anyway.

I can't think of anything I can add by way of a hint.  Following the construction of this prototype utilising a pony-trap, the company went on to produce a similar purpose-built tricycle, still designed for short local journeys.
