what is the name of the company?

Okay, give me some guidance. Of these initial three questions...
Who made it?
What name does it have?
What is it based on?
...which have I already answered and which remains? (I was attempting to answer all three.) Was it based on an Iveco-Magirus Tucano X4, but built by a different company and given another name? Thanks.

hermanoto - please ensure you observe locks on puzzles.
It's not possible to physically lock a puzzle hence a puzzle is locked when the poster says it is.
It's not fair to butt in when someone has earned themselves a lock!  It means they've nearly solved the puzzle.
Thanks.

Ah, I understand now. You are looking for the name of another company, entirely unrelated to Iveco/Magirus, which has performed modifications to the vehicle (such as the arrangement of the lights indicated below).

I took this picture from an article in polish magazine. It was written almost 30 years ago.
Firetruck form this picture was described as a product of this company which I am looking for and it has its name on the grill
It is named Tucano in this article but not by Iveco. This company which we are looking was very close related to Iveco as they have this very truck presented with new Iveco models in that period.
Summary: it is Tucano but not made by Iveco but by ...
I will keep it locked till the end of this week

Baribbi?
I have actually found a source which states that Baribbi (a coachbuilder) had originally produced the Tucano on the Iveco chassis, but that production was taken over by Iveco in the early 1990s.

my source is a polish magazine which was visiting Baribbi factory
it was in 1991
as You can see on unmelted photo there is a plate on the car: BARIBBI
