Maybe "1985 Neoplan Busse aus Ghana: N 309 auf IFA W 50 L Chassis"?

"Anfang 1984 wurden in Pilsting zwei Prototypen N 309 auf IFA W 50 L Chassis gefertigt. Die Serienproduktion auf die aus der DDR geleiferten IFA Chassis erfolgte aber in Kumasi/Ghana".

But the source everywhere writes that it is "Tropic Buses DDR IFA W50 Neoplan Ghana".
