This is the French Electrolette Roadster

Yes, the 1942 production version with a hardtop. It seems that it originated from the P. André electric car (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2013-42/solved-neh-2714-p-andre-voiturette-1941/). A first production version was shown as the Electrolette in 1941 (see below):

One Electrolette like the puzzle car turned up in France around 2010 and was restored since then:

Does somebody know who produced the cars and where they were produced in France.
My book about French Cars 1940-1946 gives no answers.
