I'm not aware of a firm producing Zedel in license. All I know is that in 1905 in France a branch of the Swiss firm was established with the name 'Soc. française des Automobiles Zedel', where from about 1908 all Zedel cars were produced.

 ... or Frera-Zedel by the company Società Anonima Frera, Milano (which is of course the same as the previously mentioned).
