I feel not very happy about my answer to this puzzle, as, all I can say, this happened, and was not a success of a targeted research. I luckily found the added picture at a website, while searching for another car. Purely coincidence... This puzzle may have had the chance, to stay here for a very long time, until landing 'unsolved' in the 'Black Hole' category... Never heard about this marque before,... Sorry...

Huguelet L6, 1100ccm, 12HP, 1907

Yes, this is correct, but I have doubts that this is 1907. From the looks of it, this 1913 or 1914 car is most likely converted from an older one. It is strange that the brand of this car is not in the reference books.

There is a quite recent entry in another forum about Huguelet. It seems that it was just an mechanical workshop where engines were constructed. It was located at 56, rue du Vieux Pont de Sèvres in Billancourt (Seine). In 1912 there was only a two-cylinder engine mentioned in their advertising, the four-cylinder engine was added in 1913.

Externally, the car looks at least for 1914

That would fit, as Huguelet still advertized their four-cylinder engone in 1914.
