I'm looking at this one again and realizing that my response may have come across as rude when it was actually supposed to be a lighthearted way of pointing out that you had squeezed in more than one question at a time. The car is Beetle-based and powered by a VW engine.

Silhouette GS70
Yes, but there's just a bit more to this one. Locked for you to identify the designation of this specific version.

According to German Wikipedia, the gullwing version was called Zagaroff but I reckon it's a translation mistake, as Peter Zagaroff was actually the founder of Silhouette.

You've actually found the correct answer, albeit through an inaccurate source. At first there were cars with gullwing doors, then there were cars with standard doors, and finally there were cars like this one--with a combination of the two. This limited run of combo-doored cars were called 'Zagaroff Grand Sport', in honor of Peter Zagaroff.
