1948 Moskvich-400-422, based on prewar Opel Kadett?

It is a Moskwitsch 400, but type designation and year of construction are wrong.
There are three attempts.

Yes, the way the rear doors open is important.  Many/most of them opened the other way (suicide doors.). There may have been only one of this design made; sources vary and are probably muddled by translation, too.
