Not from the Minneapolis, but from the Twin Cities area.
I just reviewed my source again. The builder was located in St Paul, but when referring to the truck's origin, the source seems to treat Minneapolis and St Paul as one and the same, so don't rule out 'Minneapolis' when searching for this truck.
