I couldn't find a single good version of this image, so here are three not-so-good versions. The first two are from a coachbuilder's promotional materials; the third is from an online clipart source. None of these identify the make/model, so all I'm looking for is the name and location of the coachbuilder for a point.
Open to Rookies and Experts.
In case it helps, I found another clipart version being used on multiple websites:

Marius Routin
By the way, I typically test images for susceptibility to reverse image search before using them in my puzzles. When I tested the Routin image, I was shocked to discover that artwork created for some obscure coachbuilder a hundred years ago had somehow become a common clipart piece for generic terms like "vintage car," "antique car," and even "Downton Abby car." It makes me wonder if this image was based on actual Routin coachwork, or if it was even created exclusively for Routin. Could it have been created as a generic image for use by automotive businesses in the 1920s?
