The slight problem is that I only found the 1898 issues of Der Motorwagen online. It will take a while to get to a library where they keep 1899 and beyond

There is a part of Motorwagen for 1899 online with a mention of this manufacturer, but I don’t know where this photo came from. I found it a long time ago on the Internet.
