Part of this is easily recognised but who made the rest and who was it for?

SAAB bit is OK as is postal delivery but it's not by Electromotion. LOCKED for you to find the correct maker.

Not by Electromotion.  Built by SAAB's aircraft and defense division, using some SAAB 99 parts and a few parts from the bankrupt Electromotion company.

I have different origins for the bodywork and the place of manufacture. Try again?

TJ Electric, and Linköping?  I find several sources saying this was built by SAAB's aeronautics division and is now in the SAAB museum in Trollhattan.

I have researched further into this puzzle and found a bit of a minefield. You are correct about it's manufacture by SAAB's military section. I had Tjorven as the company who designed the Post office van section. Not long into the project the Swedish Post Office seem to have rejected the design and it then was taken up by Electromotion. I don't think it's known how many vans were produced but they became bankrupt and that seems to have been the end of it. If you can add any more I'd be pleased to read it.
One point for you.
