Yes!  With just a tiny bit more research you can narrow down the year and the market it was sold in.  Locked for sichel.

This model was manufactured in Pontiac, Michigan, from 1936 to 1939 exclusively for export. They were exported to Western Europe, but were particularly popular in Australia.

Yes, there were actually several models produced for export, and, yes, Australia was a primary market.  There's a pretty good website about prewar Oldsmobile trucks in Australia.  Apparently they chose the Oldsmobile branding over GMC because Oldsmobile had a more prestigious name.  One more point for you!
