It reminds me of the Bitter Blazer.

Point for you.
I believe that it was a sketch for what would later become the Bitter Blazer. But I couldn't found a proof for it. I only know that George Gallion was asked to make some drawings for the Bitter Blazer.
The only desciption for this drawing was: Geländewagen.
I took the photo at Techno Classica a couple of years ago. I'll probably go again next month, and if the Bitter Club is present again, I'll see if they can give some more background information.
