A nice easy one. What is this car, and what is the car on which it is based?

Spitzer coupe. based on a Lotus 30

Yes. Built by Andre Spitzer and entered as a Spitzer-Ford although underneath it was Lotus 30  #30/S2/10.

Another point to you.
