Looks like a Triumph TR7 with a major facelift

Yes, that's what it is!
That bootlid and the side windows say everything of course.
This was only ever going to be a Rookie puzzle with no intention of moving it up..

More precisely, this is a later Grinnall TR7 V8 Coupe conversion  ;)
