Yes it is. A really obscure marque. Early models were all 2-stroke, but I think this could be a later car which would have had a Meadows engine.

I don't know the engine size of the puzzle car - you could be right or it could be an 18/60.

PS I managed to get that all wrong. It was the earlier cars that had conventional engines - the designers decided to try a 2-stroke, which put off buyers and the company folded.
