It's one of those not very convincing Hunting Cars built by Morris Commercial for some Indian Nawob. A six-cylinder machine with a top speed which could not exceed that of a terrified tiger. 1928?

That's correct. Built in 1929 according to my source. I believe it was the basis for Dinky Toy 152B Army Reconnaisance Car.
