My French dates back to 1969 so it's a bit rusty, but I think that caption means M. Belorgey is from Burgundy - maybe he's the driver.

Neither of those names relates to this car I'm afraid.

So there is a website where i found the car but I cant access it. So I guess someone else will have to find some info or find some way to hack my way through it.

Power was of course the Renault R8 Gordini. The car was named Elina after Beltoise's late wife.
