kwgibbs, I'm sorry to barge into the thread like this after all your investigation work, but I know this car... It's called Kalashnikov Tourist and it was presented last summer.

Sorry for a late answer. I was indeed on holidays where I saw some unique cars. I w ill post photos here later.

The puzzle car is Kalashnikov Tourist as correctly identified by el_monty. Point awarded.
