One of this electric slow-speed pick-up truck's export names seems to be the Pickman P100, made by Kaiyan Motors. Is this the info you are looking for? Here's a photo of the base model.

Whether it is Kaiyan or Kaiyun I can't see a connection to the puzzle car. Maybe it is a badge engineered product, but the puzzle picture is from a video showing production at the plant so I hope that my car is the original. And it has an entirely different name.
