I have some ideas about the donors but I do not know for sure. But I know the coachbuilder so that is worth a point

Not really answering your question..
Is the base maybe a Lancia Pentajota?
And I assume we are in Finland.

Well, this evolved fast. The body is Finnish and sichel is almost right. Locked for him for the full name of the company

The bus looks like the late 20s, so I think it is "Autokorirakenne OY". They were founded in 1929, the oldest bus builder in my sources.

According to your discription, it is not "Lahden Autokori". Carrus started in 1935 under "Autokori", but I only know this short name. I have no more ideas, so please unlock this puzzle.

I'm afraid that the name of this coachbuilder will be difficult to find, because "Osakeyhtiö Autokoritehdas", which appears in this announcement from 1925, just means "Limited company Car body factory", according to Google translation.

Follow up to PGuillem's post:

Urho Hammer, an American Finn, returned to Finland in 1921 and founded Osakeyhtiö Autokoritehdas. The company operated in Kallio, Helsinki, from 1923 to 1933.

In theory, Urho Hammer could be called the builder of this Lancia bus.

That's absolutely right, but the Finns do like to name a company just by its description! Like "Wood Sawmill Co Ltd" or "Railway Carriage Maker Ltd", so it's entirely normal for someone to call his company "Car Body Co. Ltd."!

Let me give a point to pguillem and sixtee5cuda as well. The name is indeed "Osakeyhtiö Autokoritehdas", one of the companies which eventually became a part of Sisu.

Osakeyhtiö is invariably written as "OY" these days, which of course means "Co. Ltd." (as opposed to "Company Limited", which no-one writes in full in English either!)
