Thanks for the point!  I can only assume that "Parallite" was a catchy reference to the parallel body sides. At first glance, the styling reminded me of some of Busson's work of the same period, but those wheels and Dunlop tyres betrayed the nationality. However, I'm pretty sure that this car IS the Speed model, as only these had that "S"-shaped radiator mascot.
