The last car is always an estate.
What is this one here and who built it?
-
Which expert has the solution?

Rappold Studebaker Lark VIII hearse, 1961
-
Rappold and Studebaker Lark are correct, but my source mentions a later year of construction.
Locked for marmer.
-
If it's later than 1961 it has to be 1962, as the Lark received a major redesign for the 1963 model year, with a distinctly different (flatter) windscreen. Of course the Rappold body could have been fitted later, but I can't find the Rappold book.

My source (a book, but not the Rappold book) mentions 1964, the well-known forum on the subject of coachbuilders mentions 1961. It is quite possible that it is as you say and that the conversion took place quite late. I consider the mystery solved and leave the year of construction in the title open.
