It's getting a bit confusing here. We asked if it's a sightseeing vehicle or used in factory tours to which you replied with 'no'. The replies contradict the above mentioned advertisement description. I'm just saying these responses can be deceptive for the identifier and will make them avoid certain paths towards identification. 'Partially correct' would have been a more fair reply.

this is not a tourist vehicle in the strictest sense of the term as due to its characteristics it can only travel short distances (if you read it carefully, the advertise speaks of "resort and hotel areas); it has not been used, as far as I know, to move around interior of factories.
