I don't know the chassis bas, although I have an idea what it might be.

Early Taliban machine, proudly converted by Ali Bawaz Coachbillderz. It was used to convey four assassins, their rifles pointing out of the two flaps on either side. Ali Bawaz Coachbillders is now defunct. I think. Scared to check. ???

Yes, coachwork by Reutter. I'm not sure whether is was supposed to be a bus or some kind of crew car with technical equipment on board.
