That's hard one, but I've found it! :)
It is ~1967 Uniroyal [Royalex dept.] Microcar Commuter concept.
Artist's concept of a unique all-purpose vehicle made of Royalex. A commuter car during the week, it converts to a sturdy "yard boy" and plows snow, cuts grass!

Well done! Royalex is a composite material, mainly ABS with a vinyl coating, often used for boats.
