I think the Stromwagen name came later in 1937, but EL 1000 is one of the possible models. Well found!

Thanks! once again an interesting puzzle.

Regarding the Stromwagen name. I added this because it seems this name was used to identify their truck-like vehicles(EL and EK range). Several sources state that they used this name from the beginning.
