Based on a SAAB.  The wider wheels and track suggest an engine swap.  And it has had a larger boot added.
So, a blind guess: a Volvo engined SAAB?

Based on a Saab, but no lock for that. Not Volvo-engined.

It's a hybrid of Saab 96 body on Saab 9-3 2-litre turbo chassis and running gear, built by Neo Brothers Ltd
