This looks like 'La Coloniale', a rear propeller-powered car (just visible in the photo) made by M. Cros from Lyon, France, c.1913.

Merci, and I didn’t know his first name was Gustav. I saw the photo on the top right in a very old magazine in France more than 20 years ago and made a note of the car due to its unusual rear propeller, so pleased to see some old hand written notes can be useful sometimes.

How extraordinary!
To push it over those obstacles must need a lot of propellor power, but one has to ask how on earth it could be held in check or slowed on the downhill bits or even stopped.
