1983 is the year of the base car. If you like you can award the point to "Captain slow" since he/she basically solved the puzzle. With that information provided finding the remaining information was pretty straight forward.

I thought 'Mentley Insanne' was misspelled deliberately to resemble 'Bentley Mulsanne'. Pretty smart. I know it's spelled normally on the official page but there could be editors who take care of that website posting, maybe they made a mistake and didn't realize it should deliberately be a play on words? :P
