The company I am looking for is not Chinese and claims that these vehicles were built in its country. In fact they are assembling Chinese SKD kits and do the commercial coachbuilding. So keep on searching.

Ah, so Cenntro written on the seats is quite the clue. It's also called Tropos ABLE-XR.

Tropos Technologies, based in the Silicon Valley suburb of Morgan Hill, will assemble and market the Cenntro Metro truck via a network of dealerships and service centers, Tropos CEO John Bautista told Trucks.com. The trucks will be assembled in California and New Jersey, from components shipped from China, where they are built for New Jersey-based Cenntro Automotive Corp..

They are, or will be assembled in Herne, Germany as well, according to a different source.

That's it. The picture show the Tropos Able XR on the company's German premises at Herne. I saw one on the street a few weeks ago and thought it would make a nice and easy puzzle.  :)
