This is the 1976 Slalom de Printemps held at Nancy, The car is the Sarap Formule C of Gerard Petitcolin.

I found the puzzle photo on a social media site. The car is identified as a Sarap by the poster. The post is from 4 June 2019.

I attach another photo posted at the same time - the car has a name at the front "What's Mk 2". Is this what you are looking for ?

When you click on move, there is a screen which asks you the following questions:
- change the subject - check that and change the subject
- post redirection topic - uncheck that, because that is unnecessary
