Here's an article introducing the car for the 1975 season, so I assume that's the correct year.

I haven't found a specific model name other than the formula 'FRE' and engine displacement '1600' (1590 ccm Renault 807 G), resulting in 'Griffon FRE 1600'. Does the designation you have include something else?
