Hisparco is correct.  I have no information, only the builder name.  One more point for you luisps

I can't provide any definite facts, but Hisparco built race cars based on their production 6/8CV cars which raced in the voiturette class. They only raced with fair success in Spain in the years 1923 to 1925.
