another bump
We've so far determined that this is a Toyota concept car, most likely presented in the late 1980s at the Toyota Idea Expo or Toyota Idea Olympics.
The short press release from which I took the photo mentions the name of this car.
So we're looking for a name and any confirmation of this.

1988 Toyota Cricket.

The body is made of GRP, steel and aluminium. It has variable ride height, 4WD and four wheel steering. The engine  is hydraulic turbine.
