Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information.

I sincerely doubt that Josef Pelzer built this car. In Automobil-Rundschau 1903 and Der Motorwagen 1907 he is listed as a repair shop and a dealer for cars, engines and bicycles. Later on he was a Dixi dealer. The pictured ad says "Ia. Fabrikat aus erstklassiger Fabrik." which translates as "excellent make from a first class factory". Usually if he were the builder he would have mentioned it.

A little research seems to confirm my doubts:
In 1906 and 1907 he was trying to sell a Dixi 7 PS two-seater "Doktorwagen" ("as new" in 1906 and "hardly used" in 1907). Might this be the same car he advertized in 1905 where he claims that the puzzle car was ideal for doctors?
In 1908 he was also a Loreley dealer.

Based on the information found so far I had a look in Halwart Schrader's book BMW Automobile and I am 100 % sure that the puzzle car is a Dixi T 7.

Thank you for the interesting research. I will correct the name, but from the seller
