It looks very similar to a car called Mrkev which he raced in 1962. So I think it's a 1961 Mrkev-Wartburg Formula Junior built by Alois Gbelec of Czechoslovakia.

Yes, you are absolutely right. "Mrkev" tranlates to "Carrot", because of the car's red colour
