We have a winner. It is indeed the Sewell Special, a Tojeiro chassis with a TR3 engine and Microplas Mistral bodyshell. Built in Hammersmith and recently refound and restored. A Bristol engine was fitted by a previous owner, but I believe the car is being restored to original condition.

This car was featured in the "Lost and Found" section of a well-known magazine, so I expected it to be solved by a UK member.
