This is all I have:
"This small car with angular lines is a prototype built in France and intended for the Israeli market. It can carry 6 people, reach 100 km/h at the top, consumes about 7 L per 100 km and weighs 650 kg. Its engine is a Steyr flat-twin air-cooled, 650 cm³ (taxable horsepower 3 CV) developing 20 real hp. The suspension is provided at the front by coil springs (independent wheels) and at the rear by rubber elements working in torsion between two square-section tubes, one connected to the wheels, the other to the body. It is equipped with drum brakes on all four wheels. -"

Not entirely the same as this prototype version. There are differences at the front and rear.

I see - I wondered where it was gone. Thank you!
